Property on Costa de Almeria for sale
Costa Almeria has a subtropical climate and
its average annual temperature is between 18 and 20C. Its 220 kilometre coastline makes up 25% of the Andalucian
coastline and the area is also home to many golf courses and points of interest to visit which make it a
desirable place to live. The area has some of the newsest and best roads and soon the new section on the A7 will
complete its connection with the Costa del Sol.
On the eastern corner of this area there is
a protected national park called Cabo de Gata which has a desert like terrain and some of the most fabulous
beaches in the world. Its almost lunar landscape has made this area popular with film directors and some of the
best spaghetti westerns were filmed here and even Lawrence of Arabia.
By the Sierra Cabrera mountains is the
region called Mojacar. A very quiet and more Spanish area. It is mainly inland but there are about 4 kilometres
of beautiful beaches where it joins the coast. The coastal area is becoming developed and has hotels, bars,
shops and beaches. Here you can find some excellent offers on off plan property
and new developments. A 3 bed villa
could cost as little as £120,000.
Due to the economic downturn, cheap
property on the Costa Almeria for sale can be found at bargain
prices.
